Job Description
Are you a meticulous Data Analyst with a passion for finance? A leading financial analytics firm, based in Johannesburg North, is looking for a skilled professional to join their dynamic team.Key Responsibilities:
- Data Collection & Management.
- Data Analysis.
- Reporting & Visualization.
- Collaboration with IT and other departments to implement data-driven solutions.
- Continuous Improvement.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field. Advanced Degree or certification in data analysis or finance is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years in data analysis within the finance industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and advanced Excel. Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools. Familiarity with financial databases and platforms.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to interpret complex data and present it in an understandable format.
