Job Description

The Product Compliance Specialist will be responsible to help meet the ultimate goals of supporting increasing volumes and providing amazing client experience by researching new products being shipped by clients, sourcing documents, or assisting with database management projects.You will be expected to provide a support func[1]tion on day-to-day shipments, supporting the Service Team by providing accurate Product and Compliance data.The Product Compliance Specialist will be responsible for:Researching and obtaining an understanding of customs compliance requirements for products shipped by our clients for the export, import and transportation.Working on product research for new signed clients.Working with the Operations and Service team in order to apply compliance requirements to live shipments.Responsible for keeping our Product Compliance data-base up to date.Calculation and review of forecast duties and taxesBecome an expert in the import and export compliance requirements of specific regionsManaging supplier relationships across our global networkChecking supplier compliance capabilities and costingsDatabase maintenance regarding integrity, governance, access control, and refresh rate.Enhancing operational efficiency by designing and implementing PowerBI dashboards for various service teams, facilitating process automation and data-driven decision-making.Ensure seamless functionality, optimized performance, and provided technical expertise to maximize the utilization of PowerBI for informed decision-making as PowerBI Administrator.Python to develop a report that automated our team's daily tasks, streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency through a seamless and data-driven approach.PythonPower BI
