Data Capturer / Admin Clerk Bellville R15,000 Per monthWe are seeking a meticulous and reliable Data Capturer/ Admin Clerk to join our team in Bellville.The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately capturing and entering data into our systems, ensuring data integrity, and supporting operational processes.This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong attention to detail and prior experience as a Data Capturer or Admin Clerk, with Sage Evolution and Xero experience.Duties include:Capture and input data accurately into the system as per established protocols.Cashbook imports and bank reconciliation in accounting software.Review and verify data for completeness, consistency, and accuracy.Identify and correct any data entry errors.Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.Generate reports as requested by the management team.Support the team with any additional administrative tasks when required.Ensure all data is up-to-date and accessible for the teamMinimum requirements:Grade 12Experience in Sage Evolution and XeroVerifiable referencesA tertiary qualification would be an advantage.Proficiency in MS ExcelStrong attention to detail and accuracy.Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.Ability to work efficiently in a team and independently.Good communication skills.Monday to Thursday 08:00 till 17:00, Fridays 08:00 till 15:00 (1/2 hour lunches), 15 days annual leaveEmail your CV and photo to
