Position Overview:The Senior Manager in the Data Delivery Excellence team will play a crucial role in business development and sales while maintaining a solid technical foundation. This position also includes responsibilities for delivery management, ensuring the successful implementation of data initiatives. The ideal candidate will
have a strong background in data architecture, governance, and agile delivery, with experience in cloud environments like Azure and AWS. Collaboration, innovation, and a deep understanding of best practices are essential to thrive in this role.Key Responsibilities:1. Business Development & Sales:xe2x97x8b Identify and develop new business opportunities within the data and analytics
domain.
xe2x97x8b Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and propose tailored data solutions.
xe2x97x8b Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth and expand the companyxe2x80x99s market presence.2. Delivery Management:xe2x97x8b Oversee the delivery of data projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
xe2x97x8b Manage project teams and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure
successful project outcomes.
xe2x97x8b Implement best practices in delivery management to optimize efficiency and client satisfaction.3. Experience in Data Architecture:xe2x97x8b Lead the design and development of scalable data architectures, employing industry best practices.
xe2x97x8b Hands-on experience with data modeling, including Kimball methodologies for structured data and vectorized models for unstructured and IoT streaming data.
xe2x97x8b Architect solutions on cloud platforms, with a preference for Azure, but AWS
experience is also valuable.4. Experience in Data Governance & Compliance:xe2x97x8b Implement and maintain data governance frameworks in alignment with DAMA principles.
xe2x97x8b Ensure data compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
xe2x97x8b Develop and manage data quality metrics, policies, and procedures.5. Experience in DevOps & Agile Integration:xe2x97x8b Integrate DevOps practices into the data architecture and delivery process to ensure continuous integration, delivery, and deployment of data solutions.
xe2x97x8b Drive agile delivery practices within the Data Delivery Excellence team, ensuring iterative and incremental development of data solutions.
xe2x97x8b Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure the reliability and performance of data systems.6. Technical Expertise:xe2x97x8b Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation, transformation, and
automation.
xe2x97x8b Strong understanding of cloud-native data services, particularly within Azure and AWS ecosystems.
xe2x97x8b Ability to integrate data from various sources, including IoT and unstructured data streams.
xe2x97x8b Experience in designing and developing APIs for data integration and management.7. Leadership & Collaboration:xe2x97x8b Act as a key partner to the Data Lead, taking ownership of major projects and
leading teams to successful delivery.

xe2x97x8b Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data capabilities across the organization.Qualifications:xe2x97x8f Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
xe2x97x8f Experience:
xe2x97x8b 8+ years of experience in data architecture, governance, and delivery roles.
xe2x97x8b Proven experience in implementing and managing data governance frameworks, particularly DAMA.
xe2x97x8b Extensive experience in data modeling (Kimball for structured, vectorized for
unstructured, and IoT streaming data).
xe2x97x8b Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS considered).
xe2x97x8b Familiarity with agile methodologies, leading practices in data delivery, and DevOps integration.
xe2x97x8b Experience in business development and sales within the data and analytics
