About the role
This is predominantly a research role. Reporting to the Associate Director, in this role you will be responsible for data entry, managing the CRM, lead generation and prospecting. The role will provide support to the wider business ensuring commercial and analytical support on client projects. You will be given a full understanding of the company's expectations to ensure that our solutions are delivered on schedule and to our client's satisfaction. You will also be expected to recognise opportunities to sell additional services to the client. You will integrate seamlessly and have direct contact with the client while adhering to Nsibandze Outsourcing's values.

Role description and duties
Take full responsibility for ensuring each account manager has the data they need to achieve client KPIs through lead qualification and data cleansing.
Updating data on both internal and external (client) CRMs.
Undertake basic research to uncover relevant contact information to populate prospect data where appropriate.
Undertake online research to self-generate new business opportunities.
Work with the Client Account Team to review weekly research plan.
Provide accurate monthly reporting for internal sales meetings.
Ensure compliance with statutory and operational policies.
Efficiently use internal CRM to record individual progress and accurate recording of information.
Previous experience
Data, insights and research skills.
Proven lead generation experience.
Good understanding of CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
Good Microsoft Excel experience
Good IT skills are essential, including knowledge of MS Office, as is the ability to learn new systems when required.
A good listener, with the ability to engage and ask questions.
Ambitious and self-motivated, with a desire to learn, develop, and progress.
