- Lead project planning, prioritization, and delivery of CDP (Customer Data Platform) initiatives.
- Standardize requirements, use cases, and data specifications.
- Gather business requirements, define features, write product specs and use cases, refine feedback, and manage the product backlog.
- Partner with senior leaders to align resources, prioritize initiatives, and drive adoption.
- Drive the data strategy to support customer insights and business growth.
- Matric / Grade 12
- Tertiary Qualification - Bachelors degree
- Min 5 years of experience as a Product Manager working with engineering teams and ability to manage multiple projects
- 3 years experience building Data Infrastructure and/or CDLs
- Knowledge of modern Data Infrastructure and related processes
- Previous experience in CDP/CDL, data-driven marketing, analytics, and digital transformation.
- Proven work experience in data, data architecture and data modelling.
