Purpose of This Job: As a Data Insights Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in mastering data management, ensuring data quality, and integrating insights to propel the sales team's success.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting and Insights:

• Utilize tools such as Power BI, Excel, Spatial XL, and Tableau to create and analyze reports.
• Regularly summarize key insights addressing distribution and sales opportunities.
• Proactively generate insights, collaborating cross-functionally to uncover key trends.

Mastering the Data Universe:

• Own and manage master data across various sources.
• Conduct data quality checks on partner data sources.
• Investigate data anomalies through manual mapping for post-campaign analysis.

Collaborative CRM Magic:

• Collaborate closely with the global CRM/Depletions team for accurate reports.
• Update and manage sales reports daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Coordinate with the Trade Marketing Manager to fulfill business reporting needs.

Specific Daily/Weekly/Monthly Tasks: Dive into a dynamic array of tasks, from daily depletions reports to creating ad hoc reports based on business needs. Keep the wheels turning and the insights flowing!

Your Experience:

• Proven performance in data integration and master data management.
• Expertise in data and reporting software (Excel, Power BI, Spatial XL, Tableau).
• Passion for working with big data sets and a commitment to data quality.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
