Job SummaryThe Data Insights Manager is responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights to support a channel-led organization. This role focuses on developing strategies and tools to enhance analytics capabilities, driving growth and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:

• Insights Development:

• Transform raw data into business insights through advanced analytics.
• Drive strategic data projects to support data-driven decision-making.
• Automation and Reporting:

• Automate standard reporting for operations, management, audit, and regulatory purposes.
• Develop statistical models and data visualizations to support insights.
• Data Quality and Improvement:

• Ensure data quality and develop action plans for improvement.
• Plan and implement data structures, process flows, and visualizations.
• Stakeholder Engagement:

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to enhance product offerings and organizational growth.
• Lead analytics and customer insights functions, including reporting and predictive analytics.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay current with statutory and legislative requirements.
• Identify solutions to enhance cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Experience: 5 - 8 years of experience in data analytics and business problem-solving.
• Technical Skills:

• Solid understanding of AWS, Databricks
• Proficiency in statistical software (SAS, SPSS, R/Python).
• Knowledge of data query languages (SAS, SQL, VBA).
• Experience in data visualization and communication.
• Industry Experience: Experience in Short Term Insurance is a plus.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
