This comprehensive solution seamlessly integrates all aspects of property management and accounting, ensuring efficiency and ease of use.Why This Role is Perfect for You:As a Data Migration Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in managing the migration process for clients, ensuring their financial data is uploaded accurately and on time.   • Lead customer migration projects from start to finish.
  • Develop and manage detailed migration plans with clients.
  • Oversee data migrations with the take-on teams.
  • Report on migration progress to the team, ensuring transparency and efficiency.
  • Utilize advanced technical skills and custom tools to manipulate and migrate client data into our software.
  • Coordinate directly with clients to ensure smooth and timely project completion.
  • Monitor work quality, troubleshoot, and resolve any errors.
  • Communicate successes and identify areas for improvement to keep projects on track.
  • Provide exceptional customer support, resolving queries, recommending solutions, and guiding users through system features.
  • Offer data clarification and training to onboarding customers.
Skills You Bring to the Table:
  • Analytical Skills: Understand and analyze client data to ensure accurate and timely migration.
  • Organizational Skills: Manage multiple teams and projects effectively.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Experience in data analysis and processing is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of advanced Excel and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Financial/accounting background is a plus.
  • Solid IT knowledge.
  • Customer service/support experience is beneficial.
  • MySQL experience is advantageous.
  • Experience in administration management.
