Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Processing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, cleansing, and transforming raw data into usable formats to support business operations, reporting, and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Process, and validate data from various sources (databases, spreadsheets, APIs, etc.) Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency through quality checks and cleaning Organize and store data in appropriate formats and locations (e.g., Excel, SQL, cloud storage) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide timely outputs Identify and resolve discrepancies, duplicates, or missing values in datasets Maintain data documentation and standard operating procedures Assist with data analysis and report generation for internal and external stakeholders Ensure compliance with data privacy and protection regulations
Qualifications:
Proven experience in data processing, data entry, or database management Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently Excellent communication and organizational skills
Salary : R10 000.00
Working hours : 09:00 - 18:00
Start Date : 01 May 2025
