Right to Care is looking for a suitable candidate to fill the data Quality Officer in North West( Ngaka Modiri Molema District).The main purpose of the job:To ensure that all districts and sitesxe2x80x99 VMMC data collection, verification, reporting processes are aligned to RTC Data Management SOPs. The position is also responsible for the entire province/s performance monitoring and evaluation. Capacity building and mentoring of both data and clinical staff, and coordination/conducting of data quality reviews and reporting of VMMC data into DoH and Donor health information systems are also part of the key expected responsibilities. The district data quality officer reports to this role. All tasks by this role are preapproved by the Data Quality Manager based in head office as well as the District Coordinator.Required Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

• Grade 12
• Diploma or Certificate in Monitoring and Evaluation Or Data Management.
• Working background in Monitoring and Evaluation
• Pepfar and DOH reporting field
• 5 - yearsxe2x80x99 experience in managing HIV/AIDS/VMMC-related data, including data quality audits, data analysis and visualization and reporting.
• 3 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in working with data management/M&E systems (including Datim, DHIS,Advanced Excel and Power BI)
• Knowledge of VMMC

Desirable Qualifications and Experience:

• Advanced qualification in computer literacy incl. Excel and database software, OR equivalent experience an added advantage.
• Two yearsxe2x80x99 experience in managing staff is an advantage.
• Two yearsxe2x80x99 experience in training / facilitation.
