We are currently accepting applications for the following position located in the Witbank, Mpumalanga area.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the Materials and Services Codification process and ensuring data is created and maintained at the agreed data quality standards as approved by Glencore Coal SA.
Key Responsibilities
Validating and processing requests to codify/catalogue materials and services in accordance with service level agreements.
Conducting regular data quality assessments to identify and resolve data quality issues.
Analysing and reporting on key data quality metrics and the adherence to coding standards.
Co-ordinating and supervising day-to-day operations of the data quality administration team.
Providing coaching and training to various stakeholders as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
A relevant tertiary qualification (NQF 6); OR
An N6 Certificate with engineering subjects and valid Trade Certificate.
Minimum Experience:
3 Years experience in Master Data Management/Planned Maintenance.
Proficient with Coupa/SAP Material Management module.
Knowledge of Supply Chain principles.
Knowledge of global classification standards will be advantageous.
