Job Description
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and implement advanced data models and algorithms to solve complex banking problems.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of data models, from initial design through deployment and monitoring.
- Analyze and interpret large datasets to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data science solutions into business processes.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through detailed reports and presentations.
- Continuously monitor model performance and refine as necessary to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technological advancements in data science.
- Honours degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Masters preferred).
- 3-5 years of professional experience in data science, with a focus on end-to-end model lifecycle management.
- Proven expertise in developing and implementing complex data models.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner.
