Did you complete Mathematics in Matric, have experience working in an advanced level of EXCEL with ability to complete pivot tables, calculations, graphs & conditional formatting?Our client needs a strong support to assist the Business Analyst in a role that involves extensive working with data - this experience is essential!Experience working with data, strong self-discipline and attention to detail is the focus that we require for this crucial role.Hybrid working xe2x80x93 Hours: Mon xe2x80x93 Fri 09:00 to 18:00 xe2x80x93 excellent internet connection requiredPOSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Experience with managing compliance with data protection legislation
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in documentation
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with internal software systems.
• Understanding of data protection legislation and the importance of maintaining confidentiality.

DUTIES

• Accurately capture and input data from various platforms, including emails, verbal communications, and internal databases
• Monitor and verify the accuracy and completeness of incoming data.
• Update internal databases to reflect changes and maintain data integrity.
• Track key company information such as portfolio size, block movements, gained/lost business, and relevant client data.
• Monitor internal processes and deadlines, ensuring timely completion of associated tasks.
• Manage email and telephone communications to ensure tasks are completed as required.
• Work with Microsoft Excel and internal software systems to manage and process data.
• Highlight areas of concern to senior management promptly.
• Assist in setting up and improving company templates and processes.
• Compliance with observing the highest possible standards in relation to client and customer confidentiality.
• Ensure compliance with data protection legislation.
