Job Description

Microsoft CSP Pre-Sales Specialist required in Johannesburg, to manage and ensure the growth and development of the relevant brand portfolio from a pre-sales perspective. 2+ years’ pre-sales experience in the Microsoft Modern Work and Security portfolio and technical experience in using Microsoft MWS. Must have Certification on the Microsoft MWS portfolio and preferably a strategic or business degree. 3+ years Microsoft brand experience is required.
 
Responsibilities
Recruit new resellers
Grow existing resellers with regards to regularity and profit
Initiate certification of the current and new resellers resources through the Distribution Program
Be an advocate of Microsoft within the company and drive the enthusiasm of Sales and Operational resources internally.
Initiate acquisition through workshops or demos to the partner ecosystem (to partner and to end-customer)
Delivery of technical enablement on Tenant configurations, Teams configurations and the various Security configurations.
Plan for advance certifications in line with the Microsoft CSP Certification Roadmap across Microsoft Fundamentals, Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Security
Participate in the monthly ROB calls with key Microsoft stakeholders (TCMs)
Have a strong opinion of the business insights, opportunities, and challenges.
Draw attention to any rival situation.
Actively participate on all Microsoft community calls and program updates
Initiate active engagement with Partner ecosystem around Advanced Workloads and focused Sales Plays
Drive marketing activities, lead conversations and ROI measurements
 
Requirements
2+ years’ pre-sales experience in the Microsoft Modern Work and Security portfolio.
2+ years’ technical experience in using Microsoft MWS
Certification on the Microsoft MWS portfolio
3+ years Microsoft brand experience
A strategic or business degree would be preferable
Experience in using Microsoft systems (Partner Centre, CRM)
