Maintain and ensure OHASA and DC Rules compliance.
BOP, Group Policies and Procedures and values adhered to.
Identify and report on key metrics.
Budget and cost control.
Manage, drive, and achieve the KPI's relating to cost.
Daily, weekly targets to be achieved.
CPU and UPH targets to be achieved.
People Management - manage own personal development through performance management IDP/PDD and talent development/management process.
Requirements:
Grade 12 - Post Matric supply chain logistics qualification would be an advantage
Leadership/ People Management experience
Microsoft - Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Distribution Centre systems knowledge. WMOS, MANHATTAN (RF scanners/printers)
