The team in South Africa acts as a service organisation for the Product Risk / Validation team based in Baar, Switzerland. Responsibilities Team ManagementLead and support the growth and development of 4-6 team members, providing coaching and mentoring to the team.Recruitment, including screening and interviewing, and performance reviews for the local team; working closely with Team Leads in Switzerland. Continuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities for improvement and automation in all periodic tasks performed by the team Day to Day ActivitiesResponsible for deal entry validationValidating commercial terms for various commoditiesIdentifying and clarifying discrepancies with commercial teamKPI monitoring and issue resolutionDaily review and distribution of KPI dashboardsMonitoring adherence and escalationProduction of ad-hoc management reports and analysisDaily coordination with Product Risk / Validation team in HeadquarterPrepare and review periodic position and P/L reporting, along with commentary to explain main driversSupport and look for improvements in daily P/L and position reporting processes, working with the Product Risk lead Candidates who would excel in our environment QUALIFICATIONS:Relevant NQF Level 7 Qualification in Data Science or Information Systems.
