What Youxe2x80x99ll Be Doing:

  • Expand and Optimize the Network: Identify and develop new dealership opportunities in target markets through market research and strategic planning.
  • Drive Performance: Monitor dealership performance, implement improvement plans, and ensure sales, service, and customer satisfaction targets are met.
  • Strategic Planning: Analyze market trends and customer demographics to inform long-term network development strategies.
  • Relationship Management: Act as the key point of contact for dealerships, supporting them with business development, best practices, and alignment with brand goals.
  • Compliance and Standards: Ensure dealerships meet brand, operational, and customer service standards.
  • Training and Development: Develop training programs to help dealers improve performance and customer experience.
  • Financial Oversight: Work closely with dealers to review financial health, improve profitability, and support expansion plans.
What Wexe2x80x99re Looking For:
  • Experience: 8-10 years in the automotive industry, with 3-5 years specifically in dealer network development or sales management.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, strategic thinker, excellent communicator, skilled negotiator, and relationship builder.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of dealership operations, market analysis, and financial management.
  • Education: Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
