Position Overview
Mercedes-Benz Commercial Vehicles has a vacancy for a Dealer Principal at our Maemo Motors Commercial Vehicles dealership in Rustenburg. This position will report to the Franchise Director. The main purpose of the job is to ensure the profitability of a specific brand within the Motus Group by taking ownership of it and driving its success. This includes overseeing the implementation, rollout, and management of the brand effectively

Qualifications and Experience
Matric and/or grade 12.
Min of 5 years experience in a management role with a customer service focus (Commercial Vehicle Industry beneficial).
Proven track record in leading and managing people.
Valid Driver's License.
MS Office (advanced)
Mercedes-Benz C-Manager Certification will be an added advantage.
Relevant post-matric qualification in Management will be an advantage
