Position Overview




The Dealer Relationship Manager works towards achieving the organisational goals by calling on Motor Dealers and Financial Institutions to maintain and grow existing sales volumes within the VAP's division.

Specific Role Responsibilities



To market Credit Life, Adcover, Renewtech and Warranties to existing and new corporate clients To achieve monthly set budget and penetrate the market for new business To maintain a continuous professional relationship with existing and new corporate On-going training of products and benefits Represent M-Sure at various functions and launches Provide market intelligence monthly

Qualifications and Experience



Matric Certificate in Sales and Marketing (advantageous) Minimum of 2 -3 years of sales experience in short-term insurance Understanding of the Financial Advisory & Intermediary Act of Fit & Proper requirements

Computer knowledge: MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel Valid Driver's licence Must have good time management Diary management Requires excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and adaptability Good administration skills for reporting and budget control Always present a professional image Deliver professional and marketable presentation skills Flexibility Willing to work extended hours as and when required Adaptability Excellent Judgement and problem solving Coaching abilities Innovative & Proactive Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Information gathering and monitoring Be able to take ownership and show Initiative High level of Integrity Education Requirements Cold calling Knowledge and Skill Requirements Strong sales skills Self-starter Outgoing personality Energetic with a positive attitude Willingness to travel locally Handle stress effectively Clean credit and criminal records * Own and Live up to company values
