They are seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer based in the East of Johannesburg to drive growth and build strong relationships across various industries.As a Sales Engineer, your role will center on promoting and selling HVAC products to B2B customers, consultants, architects, and other key players in the industry. You'll be responsible for driving sales, expanding the client base, preparing tailored quotations, and collaborating with internal teams. Your goal is to meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies, including ISO 14001 standards.Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Mechanical Engineering Degree/Diploma
- 4 years minimum HVAC industry experience
- Proficiency in SAP/CRM systems (advantageous)
- Strong communication, negotiation skills, and ability to manage time effectively
- Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving in a high-pressure environment
