Job Description
Job Summary Duties:Include, but not limited to:
- Assisting with the development of KPAs
- Assisting with the updating of HR and compliance policies
- Assist with the development and training
- Assist with creating content to train staff
- Regular maintenance of the HR system e.g., updating of job titles, checking that employee data is accurate, etc.
- Drafting letters of appointment and other general employment documentation e.g., certificates of service, etc.
- Assist with all necessary functions related to the recruitment process
- Ensuring the relevant branch performance management appraisals and goals are up to date and consistently maintained
- Ensure HR practices and company policies are adhered to according to legislation requirements
- Relevant experience in Automotive Human Resources Management in an automotive environment
- Knowledge of implementation of Policies and Procedures
- Good communication skills
- Must be computer literate
- Highly motivated, energetic, self-starter who has the ability to be proactive
- Able to operate independently
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Has excellent planning, organising and controlling skills coupled with a persuasive ability
- Ability to build trust and rapport with employees and managers
- Automotive industry experience ESSENTIAL!!!
