Assisting with the updating of HR and compliance policies
Assist with the development and training
Assist with creating content to train staff
Regular maintenance of the HR system e.g., updating of job titles, checking that employee data is accurate, etc.
Drafting letters of appointment and other general employment documentation e.g., certificates of service, etc.
Assist with all necessary functions related to the recruitment process
Ensuring the relevant branch performance management appraisals and goals are up to date and consistently maintained
Ensure HR practices and company policies are adhered to according to legislation requirements
Requirements:
Relevant experience in Automotive Human Resources Management in an automotive environment
Knowledge of implementation of Policies and Procedures
Good communication skills
Must be computer literate
Highly motivated, energetic, self-starter who has the ability to be proactive
Able to operate independently
Ability to work well under pressure
Has excellent planning, organising and controlling skills coupled with a persuasive ability
Ability to build trust and rapport with employees and managers
Automotive industry experience ESSENTIAL!!!
