One of the leading salvage management companies in S.A. is looking for a HUNTER, to work as a Sales Manager within Johannesburg.Duties:
- Maximize unit sales and recoveries
- Grow customer base
- Implement marketing plans
- Resolving customer solutions
- Managing and reporting sales
- Stock planning
- Supplier liaison
- Monitor auction performance
- Driving compliance
- Risk management
- Stakeholder engagement and management
- Team management
- MANCO liaison
- Liaising with Insurance Crim Bureau and SAIA
- Matric
- Auction certificate
- Post Grad qualification
- Related Sales and Marketing qualification
- No less than 5 years' vehicle sales experience within motor engineering / sales / vehicle auctions
- Must have retail sales experience
- Must have a track record of achieving sales targets
- Must have great product knowledge
- Must have an understanding of online auctions
- Great influencer
- Able to create a huge demand for products
- Know how of designing and implementing different techniques to offer solutions to customers
- Understand salvage and disposal industry
- Experience with retail customers
