Job Description


My client is looking for a highly organized Accounts Receivable Administrator to manage all aspects of revenue collection, reconciliation, and reporting.This role is based in Milnerton, Cape Town Northern Suburbs.Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor Route Monitoring Systems for adjustments, queries, and cash-ups.
  • Record, track, and follow up on generated revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Create and distribute invoices to sites in a timely manner.
  • Collect weekly revenue from various sites and reconcile monthly site commissions.
  • Prepare weekly revenue collection reports and process Government duty payments monthly.
  • Produce monthly statements and generate reports for Area Managers.
  • Set up new sites on the accounting system and ensure accurate transaction capturing on Great Plains.
Education and Experience Requirements:
  • Matric or Relevant finance qualification.
  • 3 years proven experience in accounts receivable or a related financial role.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with accounting systems such as Great Plains.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
