Debtors and Admin Clerk (Fixed Term Contract)We are seeking an experienced Debtors Clerk to join our client based in Walmer, Port Elizabeth Gqeberha.Duties and Responsibilities

  • Full debtors function (i.e. weekly invoicing, age analysis, recons, following up on outstanding payments)
  • Drafting Labels for Exporting
  • Data Capturing
  • Maintaining Clients stock & packaging records (always keep it up to date)
  • Maintaining Employee leave records (always keep it up to date)
  • Assist with Sister Company Duties when required (i.e. Controlling the retail client accounts.
  • Processing orders on accounting system.
  • Uploading Invoices, Claims, Weekly Statement on the client portal.
  • Uploading Customer on CGIC for increasing & decreasing credit cover per order as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
  • 3-5yrs experience in a full Debtors Clerk function
  • Own Transport
  • Previous experience in the fishing industry would be advantageous
  • Team player
  • Attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Admin Orientated.
  • Must be good with numbers and a fast learner.
  • Working hours 8am-5pm and overtime required when requested by management.
