Job Description
Debtors and Creditors ClerkOur client is an internationally recognized grower, packer and exporter of citrus fruit and table grapes. Their farms and packhouses are situated across the Western Cape, with their head office in Bellville. They have an opportunity to for a Debtors and Creditors Clerk to join their team. This position will be based at their head office in Bellville.Responsibilities:
- Debtors: Invoicing and credit notes, queries, maintaining of aged analysis, account reconciliations
- Creditors: Invoicing and credit notes, queries, account reconciliations, preparations for payments
- Assist with month-end procedures
- Matric with a relevant tertiary qualification
- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience
- Computer literate MS Office (advanced Excel)
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- A high level of attentiveness to detail and accuracy
- Strong administrative skills
