Job Description
Amanzimtoti. Fast-growing manufacturing concern seeks experienced Debtors | Accounts Receivable Clerk from either a Manufacturing or FMCG background. Must have worked on debtors with multiple invoices per month and have strong reconciliations and Excel skills. Pastel experience preferred.Responsibilities will include:
- Capturing of PODs
- Depot stock transfers
- Reconciling debtors and customer accounts
- Age Analysis
- Maintaining customer statements
- Handling account queries
- Matric
- 2 - 3 years debtors experience in an FMCG or manufacturing business
- Microsoft Excel working experience , including formulas and other functions
- Pastel Partner or similar accounting software experience
- Shoprite debtors experience ideal
