Accurate and punctual billing of clients, substantiated by appropriate records.
Client debt recovery and management.
Prompt processing of credit notes.
Daily reconciliation of payments and invoices.
Effective and efficient resolution of client inquiries and disagreements.
Creation of daily cash flow projections.
New client account setup and credit limit adjustments.
Submission of limit requests and claims.
Generation of weekly and monthly outstanding balance reports.
Monthly reconciliation of financial management system and Sage data.
Month-end reporting
Regular updates to Legal and Credit Application spreadsheets.
Occasional billing for specific situations (e.g., recovery invoices).
Handling of all client inquiries related to outstanding balances.
Responding to auditor requests.
Provide professional credit control service to the Finance department by organizing and managing credit functions.
Ensure accurate and timely sales invoicing.
Collect outstanding debts according to established credit policies and procedures.
Verify proper processing and finalization of income and related expenses in the system, supported by valid documentation.
Verify accruals.
Provide customers with all necessary supporting documentation for sales transactions promptly.
Recover claims in accordance with established policies and procedures
