Join JD Group as a Debtors Coordinator within the Incredible Connection brand and step into a rewarding career that empowers you to drive results, unlock your potential, and make a difference.Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payment of outstanding debts- Proactively contact customers with overdue invoices to secure payment- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in customer accounts- Work closely with the Accounts Receivable team to ensure accurate and up-to-date records- Prepare and send statements to customers on a regular basis- Maintain open communication with customers to address any payment issues and negotiate payment plans if necessary- Provide regular updates to management on the status of outstanding debts and collection efforts- Assist with month-end financial reporting and analysis as neededQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the retail industry- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices- Excellent communication and negotiation skills- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software- Knowledge of debt collection laws and best practicesThe Debtors Coordinator plays a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of the organization through efficient debt collection processes.
