Job Description
Our Client in Brits is seeking a dedicated and experienced Debtors/Creditors Clerk with a strong background in both the COUPA Portal System and Pastel Accounting System.Key Responsibilities:
- COUPA Portal System: Manage orders, tenders, quotations, invoices, and payments through the COUPA system. Previous experience with COUPA is preferred.
- Debtors and Creditors Management: Utilize Pastel Accounting System for invoicing and data capture.
- Microsoft Office: Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Petty Cash Management: Handle and oversee petty cash transactions.
- Office Administration: Perform various office administrative tasks to support daily operations.
- Education: Minimum Matric pass with Mathematics.
- Experience: Extensive knowledge in COUPA, Pastel Accounting, and Microsoft Office. Previous office administration experience is essential.
- Skills: Highly accurate and precise, with strong time-management abilities.
- Personal Attributes:
- Prefer working independently.
- Trustworthy and honest, with the ability to handle sensitive information.
- Additional Requirements:
- Valid drivers license.
- Reside close to Brits or Hartbeespoort.
- Age: Preferably between 35 and 50 years old.
