Purpose of the Job
- To conduct deli training at our deli training school and stores. To design a profitable business model and ensure implementation thereof. To ensure national deli policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to. To ensure implementation of and adherence to the Food safety and Hygiene procedures and policies. Efficiently manage the deli training school. To provide exception input regarding maintenance of equipment. To provide input and suggestions regarding deli lay-out and equipment.

Essential: Matric or a qualification equivalent to a National Senior certificate
Desirable: Fresh foods qualification Accredited facilitator/ assessor
Experience
Essential: Minimum 5 years fresh foods / deli experience
Desirable: Fresh foods management experience
Knowledge and Skills
Essential: Business management principles Financial management principles
Desirable: Cost accounting Food manufacturing principles
