Closing Date: 2024-05-29Job Type: ContractJob Level: JuniorExperience: Between 1 - 3 YearsEE/AA: NoSummaryOur client in Pretoria is recruiting for Delivery Assurance Manager (Entry) to join their teamDescriptionDevelop workforce enablement and training offerings (Platform Academy) focused on FG-2 platform technologies for local and global HubsChoose and design adequate content and technologies in close collaboration with FG-2 / HQ and relevant HyperscalersSteering partner collaboration with external consultantsAlign the right and preferred role-based paths and curricula with local delivery managers, domain and product ownersOrganize and deliver all formats locally including participant selection, communication, onsite set up as well as virtual sessions, pre- and post-delivery and briefings of all support functionsPlan and deliver all communications, e.g. participants, their team leads, local managementWorks to ensure participants receive high end enablement experience and state of the art training content and formatsFamiliar with Agile methodologies and have prior experience working with Agile teams using Scrum/KanbanIdentify risks and provide relevant solutions to complex problems and on-time deliveryHands on experience in Working closely with Delivery Managers, Project Managers, Product Owners, feature teams, developers, solution architectsMinimum RequirementsQualifications/Experience:Certified Scrum Master or Product Owner through scrum.org or scrum allianceDegree in IT or similarProject Management CertificateAt least 5 years working within a cloud competent teamEssential Skills Requirements:Working knowledge in the context of training and creating curriculaIn-depth knowledge of Agile Software Development methodologies- and frameworksEffective stakeholder and team managementExperience with AWS and AzureUnderstanding of cloud competency and delivery standardsWell versed with steering a culture of enablementComfortable working with steering a cloud competency cultureStrong experience working in a continuously changing and growing organisationDrive progressive thinking and continuous improvementAny additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) CharterAdvantageous Skills Requirements:Knowledge of user experience design principlesExperience with Project, Change and Transition Management and Documentation tools (e.g Jira, Confluence, Trello)
