Job Description


The ideal candidate will uphold health, hygiene, and safety standards while maintaining a thorough knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and promotions. They will be responsible for keeping work areas, utensils, and equipment clean and well-maintained. Additionally, the Demi CDP will assist the Head Chef with ingredient orders and ensure all mise-en-place is freshly prepared and timely. This role also involves garnishing, portioning, and presenting dishes to the required standards, optimizing the cooking process, and promoting a collaborative and positive team environment.Candidate Requirements:

  • Culinary Certificate or Diploma
  • Ideally, 2-3 years of experience as a Demi Chef de Partie
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong customer service focus with excellent people skills
  • Ability to maintain positive, professional relationships across all departments
  • Comfortable interacting with distinguished clientele
  • Demonstrates honesty, flexibility, and accountability
  • Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality
  • Professional demeanor and attitude
  • Punctual, self-disciplined, and reliable
  • Keen attention to detail
