Minimum Requirements:

Minimum 15 years experience in the Automotive Component Manufacturing Industry of which 10 years is in a Management capacity
Must have a Degree in Supply Chain Management | Business Administration | Engineering or similar
Experience with Purchasing | Supplier Management | Developing, Leading and Executing Business Strategies
Must be able to develop strong relationships at Executive Level
Excellent knowledge of Manufacturing Processes | Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing
Must be able to manage a staff compliment
Solid understanding of ISO Standards | OSH Act | EHS Standards and the Implementation of Policies and Procedures
Must have a High Level MS Office proficiency
Must have contactable references
Must be able to provide proof of salary on request

Salary structure:

Annual CTC of R 1.4Mil to R 2Mil based on experience
Included in CTC: Travel Allowance | Fuel Allowance | Cell Allowance | Medical Aid | Provident Fund
