Job SummaryHire Resolve is currently working with a leading Agricultural company and is seeking a dedicated and experienced Depot Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the depot, ensuring the efficient storage and distribution of agricultural products. • Manage the overall operations of the depot
• Oversee the storage and distribution of agricultural products
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock levels
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Manage and develop a team of depot staff
• Monitor and improve operational processes
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery
• Provide reports and updates to senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Depot Manager in the agricultural industry
• Strong knowledge of storage and distribution processes
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage and develop a team
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
