Be part of a strategic unit providing vital Workforce Planning services to 11 client departments, involving advanced trend analysis, 5-year Workforce Plans, complex data coordination, Annual People Management Planner streamlining, departmental Workforce Plans evaluation, compliance with DPSA standards and SLAs, for high-quality workforce planning services.
Minimum RequirementsA 3-year Bachelor's degree (equivalent or higher qualification)in Industrial Psychology or Human Resource Management (HRM). A minimum of 5-years middle management experience of which 3-years relevant experience in the field.
