Duties:Support the General Manager in all aspects of the business to meet the budget and objectives set and to deputise in his absence
Management of Housekeeping, Rooms and Front Office departments
Managing direct reports
Liaising between teams to ensure that all aspects of the guests stay are well produced and coordinated
Liaising and spending time with guests to ensure that all their requests and feedback are appropriately followed through
Cost Control: support the HODxe2x80x99s to manage their budgets and ensure that costs are controlled, and internal processes are followed
Ensure that procurement is effective and sourced locally wherever possible
Compliance with all statutory and legal requirements, including fire, Health and Safety, licensing and employmentRequirements:Grade 12
A formal hospitality qualification.
Resort / Timeshare experience will be an advantage
Front Office / Rooms Division experience essential
Opera Cloud and Micros Symphony experience will be an advantage would be advantageous.
