Our client in the Leisure, Travel and Tourism industry is currently looking for a Deputy General Manager, in Tzaneen, Limpopo.Responsibilities:

• Assist the General Manager in developing and implementing business strategies and long-term plans.
• Manage and oversee all operational aspects of the company, including production, marketing, sales, and customer service.
• Supervise and provide leadership to HODs (Heads of Departments) and other staff members.
• Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and guidance as needed.
• Ensure that company policies and procedures are being followed and updated as necessary.
• Identify and address any issues or obstacles that may arise during business operations.
• Collaborate with other executives and department heads to align efforts and achieve Hotel goals and targets.
• Serve as a point of contact for employees, customers, and stakeholders in the absence of the General Manager.
• Oversee financial management and budgeting to ensure that the Hotel remains profitable and sustainable.

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
• Tertiary qualification in Hotel management or Hospitality related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.
• Must have valid driver's license and own reliable motor vehicle.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects and teams.
• Knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and business operations.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• R30 000 xe2x80x93 R45 000 per month dependent on qualification and experience.
