Were flightstory, an innovative marketing and communications agency that helps brands stay at the forefront of whats possible through strategy, content, communication, and media services across both b2c and corporate b2b clients. We work with a variety of brands, from SMEs to some of the worlds most successful brands including Google and Puma.The RoleWere looking for a Designer to work closely with our strategy, creative, and studio teams to translate strategic market findings into beautiful and purposeful content design.This is a key creative role that reports directly into our UK team, while working day-to-day from our Cape Town office.ResponsibilitiesContent & Marketing

• Create best in class static content and assets across social & digital campaigns for our clients
• Build design treatments for our video & and motion team to bring to life through animation
• Design bespoke Google Slide templates for our new business and pitch teams to work from
• Set the standard for flightstorys internal marketing material, brand assets, slides deck and document templates
• Contribute to a culture of innovation, teamwork, and collaboration within the rest of the design team

What About You?Youre a creative thinker whos in-tune with design culture, applying a high standard of care and quality to everything you do. You know how to leverage data and insight to inform design decisions in your work, manage your time, and collaborate well with others.Requirements

• 3+ years experience in-house or agency in a design role
• Experience owning the delivery of full service branding projects from beginning to end
• A varied portfolio across both branding & content design
• Expertise inAdobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)and other design tools such as Figma
• Ability to understand, analyze, and respond to client briefs
• Lives and breathes design trends, current technology, pop culture, and social first design
• Inspiring collaborator, able to work confidently with others to achieve a goal
