Our client, a leading investment company is recruiting for a Desktop Support Analyst to play a key role in empowering users within the company with the tools they need to succeed in their roles.Desktop Support Analyst
Cape Town, hybridQualifications:
- Technical qualifications such as Microsoft / CompTIA / SCCM / Azure / AWS
- At least 6 years desktop support experience
- Experience with SCCM
- Office 365 support (Intermediate xe2x80x93 Advanced)
- Windows 10/11 (Intermediate xe2x80x93 Advanced)
- Smart device support (iPad, iPhone & Android) using Intune Management
- Audio-visual / video conferencing support
- Printer support
- Azure Virtual Desktop (Advantageous)
- Provide onsite support for resolving daily incidents and fulfilling service requests
- Utilize the ISM Tool to perform daily operational tasks efficiently and within SLA timeframes
- Manage the commissioning and decommissioning of domain and non-domain machines through SCCM, ensuring adherence to standard procedures
- Deploy software using SCCM
- Plan, coordinate, and assist with employee desk relocations
- Be available for after-hours work due to standby support or project-related tasks
- Document procedures and troubleshooting steps
- Offer support for audio-visual and video conferencing systems
- Provide printer support
- Support Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments
