Job Description
This is an on-site contract role for a Desktop Support Engineer at a Disruptive IT Client in the Secunda and Carolina area in Mpumalanga. The Desktop Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support for desktop computers, troubleshooting computer hardware issues, and supporting printers. The role will involve day-to-day tasks such as diagnosing and resolving software and hardware problems, installing and configuring desktop systems, and assisting users with technical issues.
Qualifications
Desktop Computers and Computer Hardware knowledge Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills Printer Support experience Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a team Must have reliable vehicle Relevant certification or degree in IT or related field Experience in providing support in a business environment is a plus
Term and Remuneration
6 Months (1 month probation) (And possible extension) R16 000pm
