Detonator Operator Gr2 Daveytronic Assembly Plant (x5)
Job Description
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Sorting, Assembly and Packing of input and final products.
General housekeeping, of workspace and building.
Confirmation of required raw materials.
Compliance to ISO systems.
Compliance to safety, health, environment & quality requirements.
Operate machinery as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Take ownership of own development or own training requirements.
Complete log sheet.
Must have Grade 12 with Math & Science.
1-2 years' experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
NQF4-Chemical Production is advantageous.
Possession of a valid code C Driver's license.
Blasting Assistant Certificate is advantageous.
Competency A Certificate is advantageous.
Forklift license is advantageous and must be willing to work shifts.
Key Competencies Required
Working independently. Know safety precautions. * Communication skills.
