Job Description
We're searching for an experienced Development Project Manager to join our client's dynamic team. If you are skilled in Project Management, budget oversight, and quality control, this is the opportunity to bring your expertise to exciting development ventures.Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end management of development projects, ensuring cost, quality and timelines are met
- Coordinate with key stakeholders, including Architects, Engineers, and Quantity Surveyors, to ensure seamless project execution
- Oversee budget management, site administration, and compliance with internal processes
- Negotiate design amendments, manage legal documentation, and secure necessary approvals
- Provide regular project status updates and ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled
- Relevant Degree in Project Management or similar field
- 5-8 Years experience in the Development industry
- Strong expertise in strategic planning, project management, and contract negotiation
