Are you passionate about urban development and project coordination? Were looking for a Development Coordinator to play a key role in planning and managing high-quality property developments. This role requires strong organisational skills, research capabilities, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders to ensure project success.Key Responsibilities: -Planning & Coordination Assist in planning new developments, managing costings, design, and research while coordinating architects, engineers, and other professionals.
-Research & Insights Conduct market research, analyse data, and provide insights to support development decisions.
-Development Administration Manage essential documentation, oversee compliance, and facilitate smooth project execution.
-Process Improvement Continuously refine systems, optimise workflows, and stay updated on industry trends to enhance efficiency.What Youll Need: - BSc/MSc in Property Studies, Town/Regional Planning, or related field.
- Experience in urban planning, project coordination, real estate research, or development management.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
