Job Description
Our client is seeking a seasoned Development Manager to join their innovative team. This role requires a dynamic leader who can manage IT Systems Development tasks effectively and drive the team towards success.Key Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain an application software roadmap.
- Develop innovative solutions through complex information analysis.
- Engage with stakeholders and manage their needs.
- Lead and direct the development team towards achieving business goals.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory codes.
- Implement necessary information security measures.
- Grade 12 / SAQA Accredited (Essential).
- Recognized IT degree / diploma (Advantageous).
- 6+ years of relevant System Development experience.
- 3-6 years of managerial experience in resource planning and management.
- Comprehensive knowledge of data analysis, application development, and project management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage performance and develop team capabilities.
