Lead and manage a team of developers, including conducting performance evaluations
Oversee resource allocation, workload distribution, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
Collaborate with Senior Developers to manage developer recruitment efforts.
Provide technical guidance to ensure accurate work estimation and adherence to delivery commitments.
Supervise code reviews, testing procedures, and Agile development workflows.
Act as the primary escalation point for resolving team challenges and obstacles.
Promote continuous improvement initiatives and implement Agile best practices.
Perform additional tasks as required by the role.
Education:
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering
Strong technical background in Software Development
Proven experience managing technical teams in software development
