Summary
Our client in Pretoria is recruiting for DevOps Change Management - Training & Communication (Advanced) to join their team.
Description
Develop communication strategies in conjunction with product owner and team leads.
Develop training strategies in conjunction with product owner and team leads.
Develop training material in conjunction with product owner and team leads.
Investigate and propose change strategies to enhance training and communication strategies.
Implement and actively conduct training and communication activities.
Measuring and steering of training activities based of KPIs.
Review and present proposed change solution to Product Owner and feature teams.
Facilitate global Communities of best Practice (CoPs) meetings.
Compiling of user, operational and training manuals when required.
Planning and Collaborating with Product Owner.
Assist with feature team activities when required.
Attending of all Agile ceremonies and actively taking part in the ceremonies.
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications/Experience:
Fluent in English - including Business reading and writing.
BCom Degree or equivalent.
Problem solving capabilities.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to work interdependently as well as independently and to submit deliverables on time and with excellent quality.
Self-Managed.
Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills with the ability to communicate effectively (both verbally and in writing) with both technical and non-technical colleagues / users.
Strong ability to understand and interpret business needs and requirements with an aptitude to move concepts through to proposal and successful implementation.
Strong presentation skills.
Above-board work ethics.
Flexibility to take up different tasks in the team.
Ability and willingness to coach and give training to fellow colleagues and users.

Essential Skills Requirements:
Experience in determining/eliciting requirements from stakeholders for the purpose of designing current and to-be states.
Works across multiple teams, analysing their requirements and design training and communication strategies and related material.
Conduct training sessions. (Online, 1on 1 or group session).
Analyse, interpret data with the purpose of tracking KPIs.
The ability to learn new processes and technologies.
Manage communication campaigns.
Manage and conduct training campaigns.
Reports Creation.
IT Service Management (ITIL) qualification or experience.
Background in the IT industry.
Advantageous Skills Requirements:
Capable of working on multiple priorities and setting targets and timeframes.
Jira and Confluence.
PowerPoint.
Experience in Agile methodology.
Experience in IT Continuity Management.
Conceptual understanding of IT Infrastructure and Application environments.
