• At least 5 yearsxe2x80x99 worth of experience using C# or similar MS technologies
• Stand-By for overall approach, means not only DEV also OPS-topics

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• Experience in Agile-Master/ScrumMaster
• At least 5 yearsxe2x80x99 worth of experience using C# or similar MS technologies and Python
• Experience with Container Orchestration Platforms e.g. Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS), MS Azure
• Familiarity with Microservices Architecture, Cloud Architecture and Container Architecture
• Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter

ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS

• Experience with:
• Web Application & Web Services Design & Deployment
• Experience of working with SQL or NoSQL databases
• MS Azure:
• Cosmos-DB
• Function Applications etc.
• Well versed in code architecture and patterns:
• Domain-driven design (DDD)
• Command Query Responsibility Segregation (CQRS)
• Factory pattern
• Repo pattern etc.
• Experience in implementing and monitoring Microsoft Azure solutions
• Experience with Testmanagement, particularly Unit-testing, Systeme- and Integration-Testing
• Experience with terraform, GitHub-Actions, SonarQube
• Experience with Monitoring particularly with Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitoring
• Understanding of:
• Cloud computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging computing trends
• Websites including create, configure, monitor, and deploy a website.
• Authentication concepts & patterns, such as Active Directory Domain Services (Kerberos, LDAP, etc.) and as well as Federation, OAuth, and other web-based authentication.
• Soft skills
• Highly confident and structured approach to work even in the event of high impact, high stress-level incidents.
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills with the ability to communicate effectively (both verbally and in writing) with colleagues from all types of educational/intellectual backgrounds.
• Flexibility to take up different tasks in the project, willingness to roam around a subset of project components.
• Ability and willingness to coach and give training to fellow colleagues in deep-dive workshops and pair-programming sessions
• Willing and able to travel internationally (twice a year)
• Above-board work ethics

ROLE:

• Main Contact in the Team for all DEV-activities with focus on Monitoring solution and technical lifecycle management for our application
• Standby for also focusing on Ops-Topics for our application (including 24/7 stand-by):
• Cooperation for Rollout-Projects for our applications
• Cooperation on Governance-Topics
• Agile-Master for our Scrum-Team
• You will be a team member of a larger product team that focusses on the development and support of a several mission-critical components. You will be working on large-scale fault-tolerant systems and thrive to always improve the resiliency of our systems.
• You will work closely with the product owner and are responsible for the planning and co-ordination of all Run activities.
• You will strive to ensure continuous improvement for mission-critical systems.
• As a Operations Engineer with deep understanding of the underlaying systems, you take part in 24/7 on-call rotations with teams around the world and are able to restore systems in efficient manner.
• Important: A clear criminal record is required.
