• xe2x9cx85At least 6-8 years of DevOps experience in commercial and/or retail end-user IT applications
• xe2x9cx85Proven track record in operating, implementing and managing large-scale IT systems
• xe2x9cx85Experience in the automotive or similar manufacturing industry (advantageous)
• xe2x9cx85IT security Certifications (e.g. GROUP Internal Purple Belt) (advantageous)

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• xe2x9cx85Experience with ITIL operation processes (Incident, Problem, Change management)
• xe2x9cx85DevOps experience:
• xe2x9cx85Kubernetes and Docker
• xe2x9cx85Pipeline setup and automation (e.g. Github Actions)
• xe2x9cx85Automated provisioning of infrastructure and applications (Infrastructure as Code, GitOps; Experience with tools like Terraform, Ansible, ArgoCD, Flux, Helm)
• xe2x9cx85In-depth working knowledge of IT infrastructure and platforms - operating systems like Linux and Windows, networks, platforms like databases, web technologies, and AWS cloud technology
• xe2x9cx85Backend development experience:
• xe2x9cx85At least 6-8 years experience in Java Development
• xe2x9cx85Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, ReactJS/Angular) (Advantageous)

• xe2x9cx85Database management skills (SQL, particularly PostgreSQL, Nagios)

ROLE:

• xe2x9cx85The DevOps Engineer is a versatile and highly skilled professional responsible for bridging the gap between software development and IT operations, ensuring the seamless deployment, management, and optimization of applications.
• xe2x9cx85This role combines technical expertise in software engineering with a deep understanding of infrastructure and operations, enabling the organization to achieve greater agility, efficiency, and reliability in its software delivery processes.
• xe2x9cx85Act as a key member of the TSARA BizDevOps team, focusing on Support & Operations (2nd & 3rd Level) while being adaptable to changing needs
• xe2x9cx85Develop and maintain automated build, test, and deployment pipelines
• xe2x9cx85Development of new functionality based on requirements
• xe2x9cx85Implement and optimize tools and processes for continuous integration, continuous delivery, and continuous deployment
• xe2x9cx85Collaborate with development teams to integrate and automate application deployments
• xe2x9cx85Manage and resolve Incident Management (IM) and Critical Incident Management (CIM) tickets
• xe2x9cx85Lead Problem Management (PM) initiatives and coordinate Change Management (CM) tasks
• xe2x9cx85Perform daily system health checks and ensure systems are operational according to SLAs
• xe2x9cx85Generate and report KPIs to stakeholders on a monthly basis
• xe2x9cx85Adhere to and improve Group PIC processes (Problem, Incident, Change)
• xe2x9cx85Understand business requirements, prepare AS-IS and TO-BE documents, and obtain sign-off from users
