Job Summary ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:xc2xb7 Expert knowledge on the Agile Methodology, Principles & SCRUM.

xc2xb7 Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

xc2xb7 Certified SCRUM Product OwnerWHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES?
- Create transparency of the ATC Tools usage within the Hub
- Drive adoption of ATC Tool usage across the Hub
- Identify where and what our biggest challenges are within the software development lifecycle (testing, security, architecture, deployments, etc)
- Identify opportunities to break down silos and create efficiency through adopting standardisation, platforms and best practices
- Identify and highlight areas of duplicate efforts within the Hub to provide visibility and enable informed decision-making for enhanced efficiency.
- Identify the existing COPs that exist globally and analyse where the gaps in the ZA Hub is
- Participate in the Quality Global COE
- Roll-out at least 3 new COPs cross Hub
- Work with departments to define what the software development lifecycle and tool chain will look like 5 to 10 years from now
- Align with the DX (Developer Experience) team to create a standardised developer onboarding in the Hub
